Reese & Ryan Still Reunite For the Kids

This isn't the first time that Reese & Ryan have come together for an Ava/Deacon event, but it's still sweet to see the whole Witherspoon-Phillippe family together. The two parents showed up yesterday for (judging from Deacon's costume) a performance at his school. Reese came out looking adorable and holding flowers, but definitely didn't seem much like she wanted to hang out with her ex at all. Lindsay's Not Ready To Leave Rehab Just Yet

Well lookey here. It's a healthier looking Lohan hiking and enjoying the simple things in life like stopping to smell the roses. Even though Lindsay seems to be able to come and go as she pleases from rehab, it sounds like she's actually taking her stint at Promises a little more seriously this time around. Dina has confirmed that she's extending her treatment again. She's also going to spend her birthday with her family, instead of having the wild Vegas extravaganza at PURE nightclub that she so famously told Ellen she was planning just a few months ago. We're all hoping that LL has finally come to her senses and changed her ways, but we're going to have to see it to believe it.

I've always loved Cam's huge smile and gorgeous style -- it's hard not to heart pics of her beaming on the red carpet. Something is just more appealing since she's resolved to grin and bear the paparazzi rather than get pissed at them. 我的弟弟耀文走了，首先在这里我要感谢大家，在耀文生前对他的支持和厚爱。也感谢大家，在耀文走了以后给予我的种种安慰。其实在耀文走的前一天我们还在一起吃饭，可转眼间我们阴阳两隔。耀文走得毫无征兆，走得实在是太突然了，这点很是让人心痛。

在这里我希望更多的中老年朋友们，更加爱惜自己。尤其是在天气闷热的夏季，要关注自己的心脏，关注自己的身体健康，关注自己每一丝细微的不适感。尤其注意的是，后背疼痛时伴有的呕吐，请立刻就医。其实死亡就是趁人们的疏忽大意，而杀你一个措手不及。

Paris is Free!!!

After an initially dramatic few days of checking into jail, out on house arrest, and then back in, Paris Hilton was just released from jail. After 23 days, she left Lynwood at almost exactly the stroke of Midnight, emerging with a big smile on her face, waving, and running straight into her parents' arms. Considering the big deal she's made about being a changed person, she certainly walked out of jail looking a bit like she was enjoying the attention. We won't have to wait too long before hearing about the experience straight from the heiress' mouth -- she's set to appear on Larry King tomorrow night. The first immediate story from Fox News (as they trailed her car OJ style) was that she had Sprinkles cupcakes in the car.

Difficile de ne pas répondre à "l'appel aux fraises" de Damien du site 750g. Non seulement c'est un de mes fruits préférés, mais j'ai déjà une recette ! Même pas de surplus de travail ......Une participation facile et sans effort, et en avance qui plus est, trop contente !

Encore une question d'assemblage comme très souvent en pâtisserie. On pioche une base qui peut varier selon l'humeur du jour, biscuit à la cuillère, dacquoise, cake, pain d'épice...Aujourd'hui, un sablé breton dressé un peu plus fin que celui ci , une mousse mascarpone aux fraises à base de meringue italienne, quelques gariguettes, et pour inaugurer mes nouvelles feuilles transfert, des cercles, carrés ou rectangles de chocolat Ivoire.

Version ronde

Avant que l'on ne me pose la question traditionnelle "Mais où trouver ces feuilles décorées " , voilà d'où elles viennent -Clic- ! Il en existe de toutes sortes, de toutes les couleurs, avec des motifs classiques ou modernes et vendues en quantité raisonnable. Il ne vous reste qu'à choisir. Si vous tempérez bien votre chocolat de couverture, ces "décalcomanies pâtissières" sont un jeu d'enfant.

Version carrée et vue sur le décor

Et pour assaisonner le tout - Ester, je suis addict- quelques gouttes -enfin pour moi ce sont plutôt quelques cuillères- de mélasse de grenade , qui se marie parfaitement à la fraise et change du poivre cubèbe un peu plus courant ! Mais rien ne vous empêche d'utiliser les deux !
La recette : Pour 8 personnes selon la taille de vos desserts
Le sablé breton : Blanchir au fouet et à la main 2 jaunes d'oeufs avec 50g de sucre en poudre. Quand l'appareil est blanc et onctueux, incorporer 50g de beurre pommade et lisser le mélange. Tamiser dessus 75g de farine et 5g de levure chimique, ajouter une pincée de fleur de sel et travailler à la spatule pour obtenir une pâte homogène. L'aplatir grossièrement sur une épaisseur de 4mm entre 2 feuilles de papier film ou de papier guitare et laisser reposer au réfrigérateur quelques heures. Détailler des disques, des carrés, des rectangles à l'aide d'emportes pièces non beurrés et cuire ces sablés avec les emportes pièces environ 15mn à 170°. A la sortie du four, quand ils sont encore souples, les démouler en passant un couteau autour des moules, puis les aplatir légèrement pour faire de la place pour la mousse. Les replacer au fond des moules emportes pièces et garnir ceux ci de rhodoïd.
La mousse mascarpone à la fraise:
la meringue : 65g de sucre, 15g d'eau, 1 blanc d'oeuf. Monter le blanc au bec d'oiseau. Faire un sirop avec le sucre et l'eau, le cuire à 121° et l'incorporer lentement au blanc d'oeuf comme pour les macarons.
La mousse : 125g de mascarpone, 3/4 de feuille de gélatine ramollie puis essorée, 15g de lait entier et 10gr de pulpe de fraise Ravifruits ou de jus de fraise, 110 g de crème fleurette entière. Chauffer le lait, y dissoudre la gélatine, ajouter la pulpe de fraise. Verser ce mélange dans le mascarpone et lisser. Y ajouter 35g de meringue italienne sans trop travailler pour ne pas alourdir l'appareil et garder le côté aérien, puis incorporer la crème fouettée mousseuse. Mettre dans une poche. Dresser une couche d'environ 1cm de mousse sur les sablés et bloquer au froid.
La déco en chocolat Ivoire : Fondre le chocolat au bain marie sans dépasser 45°. Faire redescendre rapidement la T° à 27/28° puis la remonter à 29/30°. Verser le chocolat sur la feuille décorée, recouvrir d'une feuille de papier guitare unie et étaler finement au rouleau à pâtisserie. Attendre 1mn puis à l'aide des emportes pièces, marquer les cercles, rectangles ou carrés en une sorte de "pré découpage ". Pour les rectangles et les carrés si vous avez la chance d'avoir une bicyclette, c'est l'idéal. Laisser cristalliser. Au moment du dressage, retirer le papier guitare et découper avec précaution les cercles carrés ou rectangles.
Le dressage : Sortir les gâteaux du froid, répartir les fraises dessus éventuellement roulées dans un sirop ou un jus de fraise maison, recouvrir du décor en chocolat, tracer l'assiette avec la mélasse de grenade!
